SOMETIMES…
you need to talk to someone who can help.

Caring Connections
is an association of three women psychologists in independent private practices. We each have many years of clinical experience beyond our doctoral degrees. We are united by our commitment to provide competent therapy in the context of a caring relationship, and we are especially sensitive to the needs of women and relationships.

During this stressful and uncertain time in your life, we know how difficult it is to find a warm, sensitive, and competent therapist to whom you can confide your personal troubles. We believe that the caring, trusting connection that you experience with your therapist enables you to use your strengths to grow and change.

Progress, and change, can happen. Nine out of ten Americans surveyed by Consumer Reports said that therapy had provided relief from discomfort and distress. Those who stayed in therapy the longest reported the most satisfaction.

A Notice of Privacy Practices is available upon request from any of our offices.
How can you tell if it’s time to ask for some help?
When you feel overwhelmed.
When you feel like you can’t do it alone.
When you feel trapped, like there’s nowhere to turn.
When you worry all the time, and never seem to find the answers.
When the way you feel is affecting your sleep, eating habits, job, relationships, and everyday life.
When something in you or your relationships is interfering with
your freedom to be yourself.
When it’s not getting any better.
