I
believe that we all have strengths and weaknesses. Most
people focus on their weaknesses and feel defeated. My
approach to therapy is to empower your awareness of the
possibilities and to teach how to take the action steps
necessary to make the changes you want to make.
When you change the way you think, you can change your
life. I provide a nurturing atmosphere that encourages,
supports, and guides you through this process.
“Go
confidently in the direction of your dreams and endeavor
to live the life you’ve imagined and you will meet
with uncommon success.”
~ Henry David Thoreau
