If you are
considering therapy:

I know how hard it is to make the first phone call to initiate counseling or therapy. People tell me they begin to feel better after just making the call. I have been described as gentle and easygoing, and my clients tell me thay are more comfortable than they expected to be in the first session.

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tightly closed in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom."
